Spend a week enjoying the sights, tastes and golf of a very special corner of France.
Our unique one week program to the South of France places you in the very heart of the Provence landscape amidst the history, culture, art and gastronomy for which the region is so famous. But this is also the center for a wealth of quality golf which includes some of the finest courses to be found on Continental Europe.
The Golfing Epicurean is an unusual opportunity for golfers and non golfers alike to savor a relaxing week in beautiful surroundings, enjoying the very best of the good life.
Located in the fascinating small medieval town of Mougins, where Picasso chose to live out the last 15 years of his life, your home for the week cannot fail to please.
The Hotel de Mougins is a charming first class hotel location just a few steps from the old gate to the village of Mougins.
The small hilltop town of Mougins is no less captivating than your hotel and has established itself as the unofficial gourmet capital of Southern France. Boasting a population of only 2,000, more than 50 restaurants are located here, a quarter of which have earned a coveted Michelin star rating.
You'll enjoy hours strolling the winding cobblestone streets with art galleries, open air markets, fountains and sidewalk cafes. With trees and flowers everywhere, discover the special charm which proved irresistible to not only Picasso, but other famous names: Edward, Duke of Windsor, Edith Piaff, Christian Dior, Yves St.-Laurent and Winston Churchill.
But tear yourself away from captivating Mougins if you can, for there is much beyond the town gates and it is all so close. In less than 20 minutes you can be in Grasse, perfume capital of the world; the art center of St. Paul de Vence is no further and the fashionable bustling resort of Cannes only a short, 15 minute drive away. Within 40 minutes you could be in Nice and an hour further, Monte Carlo.
But don't forget the golf, we have four absolute gems to challenge you during your stay.
